Women in Cleantech and Sustainability group - set up by Lisa Ann Pinkerton Women in Smart & Intelligent Buildings (WISIB) group - set up by Razina Ahmed There are some great groups and pages for women within the Smart Buildings industry which I would recommend to everyone to follow and support (all will be linked below in the comments below): The industry is still quite male-dominant (for example roughly only 10% of PropTech start-ups have women founders), however, with some of the kick-ass women I have seen and spoken to in the industry I am sure we will soon to see exciting change! I'm fortunate in my role as a recruiter that I get to meet lots of amazing and inspirational women within the PropTech space. However, when you read some of the stats about women in the workplace it is clear why days like IWD are still needed and so important - for example as of 2022 in the US women hold only 8.8% of leadership positions at Fortune 500 companies! I personally feel very lucky that I have worked for some amazing companies so far (shout out to Waitrose & Partners and Charlton Morris) who really embrace the values of IWD and #embraceequity within the workplace all year round. The SAP Activate Methodology is an agile approach with the aim of providing SAP customers and consultants with clear and detailed steps to provide accelerators for delivering complex SAP transformation projects. The sterility of the RUO set pathway cannot be guaranteed.Business Analysis Beyond SAP Activate Methodology.
